Ease Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

Homeowners beware!!! EASE "installed" a brand new heat pump in my home just a little over a month ago and I can't get the temperature in my home below 78 degrees now in the heat of the summer. I called my home warranty to advise them, and EASE would not respond to their request for reservice, which I'm actually grateful for once I learned how improperly they installed to begin with. There's a laundry list of everything they did wrong, including a huge gap in the air handler in my attic, causing tons of wasted electricity and my cold air blowing in the attic instead of my bedrooms. They also set the outside unit lopsided which is going to destroy the compressor in as soon as a year's time. I now have to basically have the whole thing reinstalled. I'm a single female homeowner, I guess they thought they didn't need to bring good work since I wouldn't know any better. Pathetic and a testiment to how little integrity this company posseses. Take it from me, use a different company!!

This all started with a request for an estimate for power washing an exterior fence and front and rear decks as well as gutters. Wayne and Earl came to pressure wash our decks and outdoor fence and gutters, and get the surfaces ready to paint. We are more than pleased with the work done, but wait there is more. During the time that Ease was onsite, days before a holiday weekend, our HVAC lost it's cool so to speak. Not to fear because they also specialize in HVAC services, so they were able to rectify the problem and advise us what to do going forward. I think we may have found a go to HVAC and Handyman company that not only does quality work but is also local for us, a win-win in our minds. If you have need of HVAC and/or Handyman services do not hesitate to contact Ease LLC. you won't be disappointed.

Although he could not make it( due to another customer energency) on the day and time agreed upon, Wayne came at the next time he said he would be here. The work was done in the time he said it would be, and it was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I was contacted immediately, within 2 hours had an estimate and within 48 hours the work was complete. I suspect other Prof. would have said my need was a loss cause. This man, saw the need and took care of my problem and certainly gave me peace of mind. The work was secure and done better than I expected. He was professional, courteous and did very good work. I recommend this company, highly.

I had a great experience , Mr.Eiler arrived on time ,to review my project . He was not rushed in his assessment and provided a written email of cost . He answered all my questions . The job was completed on time and my deck was power washed and sealed . It looks beautiful. Believe me when I say it was extremely dirty and quite ugly pre work . I highly recommend his company. I appreciate his professionalism

Not only did they do a great job on the drywall repair but since they also service furnace/AC, they were able to do some much needed maintenance on my unit. Great job! Definitely would recommend them.
