Extremely responsive well dressed and professional completed in one day. Cleaned up leak that resulted from retractable hose on kitchen faucet. Not sure about value but he even went to his supplier to find the new faucet.

Ease plumbing was very professional,(Customer service and workers,) The men (3) did very good work but I do think that they are a little pricey. (Almost $900. ,00 for a toilet replacement??)

I hired these folks based on Angi referral. They came out to check for a suspected gas leak. They said they found one and could fix it for $500+. I said I would get a second opinion. The second company did both a bubble; test and a pressure test and determined there was no leak, I felt I should not have to pay for the call from these folks since they tried to sell me an unneeded repair based on false test results. They billed me anyway and will not return my calls.

Came to appointment as scheduled but charges were a bit excessive. Estimate given prior to work but job wasn't as involved as thought and price was still same for aprox. 1 1/2 hour job. Feel like I should have gotten second Estimate.

I was very impressed with the job performed by Matthew and Dakota, two enterprising young men who came to my home to resolve a problem with the master bedroom bathroom. Now, understand, I'd had this toilet installed (replaced) by a local "handman" company all of six months ago. In that time, it already had erupted with a leak and foul emissions, and obviously was not properly sealed and set up. So, when Matt and Dakota came in, they offered me several options. I elected to replace the toilet (again), to get something more to my wife's liking...but, more importantly, they showed me where the prior installation had used poor-quality materials, and I saw where obviously a leak was just a matter of time. I trust, expect so far since the repair, that this job has finally been "done right". Ease is my new "go-to" resource for plumbing and related services.
