East Bay Plumbing Service

Steve is very knowledgeable and professional . He has great customer service skills

Steve responded quickly both to my initial request for a consultation, as well as when I hired him to install a replacement water heater. In explaining the pros and cons of tankless versus standard water heater tank for our situation, he was straightforward, candid and professional, even recommending competitors from whom to get second opinions. In the end, his quote was reasonable, and his professionalism prompted me to hire him. He scheduled the work within the week, and then completed the job in less than half a day, despite the challenges of installing the heater in the crawl space under the house. Anytime I need plumbing work done, I'll be going to East Bay Plumbing.

Emerson and his crew was great. Highly recommendable.

Steve was on time and honest. We will hire him again.

Steve responded very quickly to my request and he arrived within the hour as promised. Steve was very professional, worked efficiently and did an excellent job replacing a broken part in my toilet tank. I will definitely use his plumbing service again and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

He kept me informed and answered all my questions.

Steve was a very professional person. I will recommend him to my friends and family. Went beyond the call of duty! We're very happy with his work.

Steve showed up on time and he did everything to solve the problem .

I was very happy by the quick response to my call. Very satisfied with the work done.

Steve arrived on time, was very courteous, fixed the leaks and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable and inexpensive.

Steve was polite, professional and clean. He went above and beyond to explain what and why. I would highly recommend him and home advisor.

He arrived within the time he stated and was honest and did a great job repairing the water heater.

I’ve never been more pleased with a plumbing service received by Steve and his company. They were very prompt in reaching out to me regarding my project. Steve was able to visit within a day to evaluate the issue and gave a very fair quote. I have had a couple of bad experiences with plumbers prior (along the lines of installing fixtures incorrectly then not returning to fix it to telling me I need to replace my bathroom sink pipes to copper even though I had requested them to check out the bathtub faucets...obvious tactic to raise the cost) I was very much impressed with Steve’s expertise and his ability to clearly explain the issue along with the steps needed to resolve it. Steve gave a very fair quote. He is NOT one of those that tries to take advantage of his customers by suggesting unnecessary added work just to raise the cost. The results were perfect and I could not be any happier. I will keep his name and his company as my go-to plumber and without hesitation would recommend him to all my neighbors and friends. Folks, this is a good one!

I am happy to write this review but perhaps sending it in a week from when the job's done may make more sense. It takes time to evaluate something like this.

We hired east bay plumbing. The guy came on time finished the job same day according to our expectations.

Steve showed up on time and was so very easy to work with our busy schedule. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to pick up extra fixtures as needed. All work was done as promised and he had the inspector out when finished. Great job.

The work was done quickly, and competently! From the first call it took 1 hour for an onsite response- within 3 1/2 hours the work was completed. We are completely satisfied and would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone with jobs small and large!!!
