East beach contractors LLC

We hired this company to do a major renovation to our home, which included replacing flooring throughout the house, removing popcorn ceilings and painting throughout the house, kitchen and half bathroom remodel, new lighting, total renovation of our FROG to include built-in cabinets. The workers were prompt and professional, the owner Rafael was very available with any questions and they worked well with me with changes I made throughout the project. Also, they were flexible with me as far as scheduling work in the rooms that were cleared out, as we remained living in the home during this project and it worked out very well! Below are before and after pic of the kitchen and the FROG.

Easy communication and great work for price. Highly recommended

Working with Rafael was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. From our first meeting through the final stages of the project, he remained consistently engaged, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and considerate. He went above and beyond, showing a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. It's clear he genuinely loves what he does-his insights throughout the process were incredibly helpful and reassuring. This was a major undertaking for me, but Rafael made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Even when unexpected challenges came up, I still felt great about the experience and my decision to hire East Beach Construction. The daily crew was impressively punctual. I'd see them arrive early, waiting respectfully until their official start time. The kitchen renovation was understandably messy, but they did a good job containing the disruption and cleaning up at the end of each day. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects.
