Rude and will not return calls. They actually hung up on me. Installed the package unit a.c. incorrectly, blocked the coils and didn't level the unit properly. Caused water to drain inside the home and ruined wood flooring.

East Coast Air Conditioning & Refrigeration did not hesitate to come to my home at 9pm to check on my AC after it decided to stop working suddenly. He promptly followed up the next day with the parts to make the repair and had us up and running by lunch time! Great service and reasonably priced! Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

Wonderful company!!! Went beyond my expectations. They facilitated factory recall on A/C installed by another company. Totally professional, on time, great work. Very concerned regarding health issue in the heat and scheduled a Saturday to repair ASAP.

I did have to get after them since after 10 days, hadn?t heard a word from them. It wasn?t hot weather but had it been in the summer that long wait would have been unacceptable. They have a problem with communication. They need to at least communicate with the client. They hadn?t checked if they had received the part or if it was sitting in the warehouse waiting to be installed until I called to find out what was going on. Turns out the part was there, they just hadn?t followed up on it. They did get on the job and had it installed but I suggest for them to at least keep the client informed . They said because of COVID they have problems with employees sick and off work. I understand that but just give a call or text to let us know what?s going on.
