Here at East Coast Automation, we provide custom design, sales and professional installation of residential and commercial electronics systems. While the information superhighway unfolds, the wiring takes on a whole new level of importance. We started in the music industry in 1982 doing live sound entertainment acts such as Orleans, Aerosmith and John McLaughlin and still love what we today making people happy. Jim is an exceptional person. We have been going back and forth for a couple of weeks with a problem we were having with our receiver. During this time of stay at home Jim worked with us over the phone to help us with our problem. And today he was able to do a work around so we could watch tv. He never failed us. He is a remarkable and professional person. I would highly recommend him. He cares a great deal about his clients. Thanks Jim for all the hard work you did for us under these horrible times. Jim was easy and professional to work with. He came by for a quick evaluation and scoping of the project, and even in that first meeting provided a lot of advice and information for our project of mounting TV and speakers on a wall in a room without a current cable connection. Jim and Jared arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job completing the work and being respectful of our home. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a sincere pleasure to work with them. The end result is FANTASTIC - we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with this service . Jim answered my inquiry and came the next day to give me a free quote on the job. He had to install a Cable line and power hookup as well as a corner wall mount. The price was reasonable and he was able to schedule the job for this morning. Jim and Kendrick arrived early and got right to work after covering the work area as well as their shoes. They did great work and had me up and running within a couple of hours. They left the area cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend this Company and Jim and Kendrick for their work as well as their attention to detail.

Jim and Ron came on time ready to execute the project. They were very professional and super clean in their work.they installed 2 TVs on the wall with its accessories. They took their time to do the job right . They paid attention to little details . On the second floor they faced an obstacle inside the wall and quickly found a solution for it. I had an emergency so I had to leave them by themselves, came back home to find both Tvs installed nicely and look like nice picture frames on the wall . They left the house clean and secured. I would highly recommend East Coast Automation for AV work. Jim and Ron did an excellent job mounting our TV in our family room. Jim responded promptly to every call/email/text and showed up exactly on time for every visit to our house. Jim got in touch with us shortly after I posted our project, and within days, we were watching our new wall-mounted tv! Jim and Ron are punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with, and they left the work area immaculate. We are in an apartment, so we couldn't run wires through the walls - but they used removable molding that completely hides the wires and looks great! I will definitely recommend East Coast Automation to my friends and family!

Jim and his partner were great in installing a TV on our outdoor screened porch into a brick wall. The work was done very professional with the wires and box hidden from view. Jim was absolutely fabulous. He was prompt, came up to our house, listened to what we were looking for and provided great suggestions on how to improve on our ideas. He was kind, smart, patient, professional. We've also had to call several times after for some follow up questions and he came out to our house and called back immediately. I have recommended him to several of my friends and would recommend to all. I would hire him again in a minute.
