Todd came and gave me an estimate. He also worked on a sample of my 50 year old tile bathroom floor. He decided that he could not clean it much better than the spots we had cleaned ourselves as it was so old and worn. I appreciated his honesty and courtesy.

I was very pleased with the service and the time that he took to explain things to me about carpet care. I will use him again for all my other carpet needs in the future. Thanks Service Magic!
