These guys are great at getting your business, just not so great after youve given them money. We had a few mess ups when they performed mold remediation and waterproofing. when asked to fix their mistakes or to finish the job they stopped answering the phone and we had to contact service magic every time just to get ahold of them.

Everything started out good. Good response time, good price, work seemed to be done correctly. Scope of work included mold remediation and basement sealing. However the proof in any basement sealing is when it is tested by water. The basement seal was ineffective against a heavy rain and water entered the house at the same point as was supposedly fixed. Well that is what warranties are for, right? Well yes, if the contractor returns your call. This contractor after 4 weeks has not returned any repeated emails or calls. BBB now rates the company an F when previously it was an accredited organization with an A. This is a loss of $ and time.

East Coast came in, determined the plan of attack, and took care of the mold problem Thank you so very much.

They were polite, professiional. However, aafter the job was complete the debris is still sitting in my back yard 2 weeks later. My beautiful grass has died. No end in sight with the excuses on why they haven't cleared the debris as yet.

I would not recommend this company. They did not wear protective gear when tearing down drywall, insulation or when fogging the house. They also did not clean the area after they finished.

Jeremy from ECE was very knowledgeable, more so than most companies that we received estimates from. We were very pleased with their professionalism and experience.

Service was quality, on-time and reasonably priced.

Arrived on time both days as promised at Dover De. Extremely pleased with this company. Received other quotes East Coast quote was higher but they were professional in their estimate of work description and response.

Customer service was unacceptable and dealing with the home office was worse. Did not put me on hold and hear entire conversation about me.

Pressured to sign the bill the day they did the inspection. Didn't like that but we seemed to get a discount by doing that. The work looks wonderful. I asked them to move one of the drain pipes and with a little prodding, they did. We were supposed to get dehumidifiers and they don't seem to be there. We are following up on that now. Very nice staff. Very responsive.

Timely, professional, and effecient!

extremely pleased with this company - beginning with the prompt estimate appointment, a thorough review of our water and mold situation and an estimate prepared and reviewed with me before he left. After comparing to 3 other companies, the choice was very clear. They could eliminate the mold inside AND address the source of the water problem outside. The work was scheduled for the same week, and the crew was very professional. They treated our home with great care, and completed the work in the time promised, leaving it as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. We are very happy with their work, and would definitely recommend!

Estimator was fantastic; very knowledgeable, upfront about what they may find once the wall was opened, and gave a solid estimate for what he believed was the solution. Work team was on time, did a fantastic job and drywall repair work and clean up was perfect. The work team needed somone who could speak english better, it was difficult communicating desires at times.

They were late arrving on the first day but once they showed up they did a great job and had to come back again the second day and they were late again but the finished work was very good. They were polite and clean and protected the rest of the furniture very well. There was no mess to clean up after they left. Overall a good experience and would have given them 5 stars if not for the tardiness.

This was for a re-seal of a section of an underground parking garage that was exposed during some sidewalk repair work. The crew showed up over an hour later than I was expecting but as it was a Saturday of a holiday weekend I can't complain too much. Once they were there they were courteous and professional. I was not there for the majority of the time they worked but another co-worker of mine stopped in a few hours later - the crew was finished, everything had been cleaned up and replaced as appropriate all within a 2-3 hr time frame! Good job!

No show for the original scheduled date. Called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. Did come the next day and were on time. Workmen and supervisor were very knowledgable, polite and professional - I was very impressed. They did a great job. Would highly recommend their services to anyone. The salesman/job estimator was great also.

The workers were on-time and completed the job in a professional and courteous manner. Even on a rainy muddy day, they cleaned up after themselves. Kudos to them!!! A judge of good workers is how they leave their work site and they did a great job. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and several colleagues as I was quite impressed with the entire team from the office staff, sales person all the way to work crew. GREAT JOB and many thanks for their professionalism.

Good and reasonable compared to the other estimators for this job.

Basement is still wet. I have asked for and never recieved my FHA Document or any warranty info. Cannot get them to return and fix the problem

After they were gone and we started getting the appliances back in place we found more gravel and dirt that they should have cleaned up before they left. Outside was cleaned very well. Quality of the work seems very good, but we won't know for sure until the first heavy rain. Very satisfied.
