Mike and his crew remodeled my 56 year-old guest bathroom. Project completed 2/14/20. Great job. Mike is excellent at customer service and makes sure that you are satisfied with all steps. Highly recommend

Mike and his crew, Tommy, Jeff and Brandon, have done deck updating, and 3 bathroom redos besides the kitchen redo. The house I purchased was dated 1948, that we started to call the Fun House, due to the strange things that were done to it over the years. Mike and his guys never batted an eye figuring out how to fix and make better. And they always discussed with me and explained what they wanted to do. I would definitely recommend them for any job you need to be done. Mike is honest enough to tell you if it can be done, and he always does the work as if it were his own house. And he is more than fair on this pricing.

What started out as a small project turned into a major renovation under taking after the property was inspected. Mike and his team didn't bat an eye and tackled all of the tasks including the surprises. They handled all of the additional requests for expanded work and made excellent suggestions to accomplish objectives. I hope to work with Mike and East Coast Maintenance again!

East Coast Maintenance was referred to me by a work associate. I've been experiencing leaks in my home and I did not know if the cause was my roof or windows. After two failed window repairs and an inflated roof estimate, Mike provided a thorough inspection and explained why it was a window problem. He and his team replace one and wrapped three windows. One hurricane season later no issues. I would trust this company to do anything to my home. They are honest and ethical. I have recently referred Mike and his crew to others.
