Contracting with East Coast Property Preservation to repaint the interior of my home was a great experience. Everyone on the team were courteous, considerate and extremely professional. They prepped and painted the entire interior, including all doors and trim. The quality of their work is top notch. They are dependable and clean up after their work. The owner Anibal is courteous and very professional. He will give you advise when asked and when the job is complete he will go over the whole house and will pick out anything he see and have his crew fix it. Mr. Anibal's painters Will and Jonathan are very good at what they do. I will be contacting this company in the near future for the interior paining of my home. Overall I highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Repaired the foundation, replaced a portion of the driveway, and added an under ground drain for a downspout. The work was excellent, the workers were courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and finished on time. Definitely will use again!

Had to repair a crack in my concrete pool deck and then re-surfaced the whole deck and sealed it. It looks brand new .Love it! Marquez was in charge of the project and was very professional as well as very knowledgeable about what to do.

My project was renovating a Mid Century Modern home. ECPP, LLC was my General Contractor. Marquez, the owner, did a superb job with on-site work monitoring and scheduling throughout the project. The contractors who were assigned to my job were on time, cleaned up daily, and completed their work in a workmanlike manner. The work included demolition, painting, installing tile, framing, and cement board. Marquez was flexible with scheduling, fair in pricing, and made certain I was satisfied with the completed work.

The company and particularly Marquez is an outstanding professional in every way. He is knowledgeable and doesn't push you but honestly gives you his recommendations to get the best result for the job. Satisfaction in every aspect is his goal. He does not fail. His workers are dedicated and don't try to cut corners. They show up on time, clean up as they go. I would not hesitate to call on him again for other services. If there was a 10 star rating i would give it. Don't look any further to anyone else!

Mr. Marquez Is such a nice and polite man and has been very helpful to me. He did such a good job on the repair of my driveway I hired him to come back and put the sealer on it and now I am hiring him to paint my house. They are hard working men. I appreciate them very much.

If you are looking for an honest, hard-working professional, look no further than Marquez at East Coast Property Preservation. We hired them to paint our home, but they do so much more than that. During the time our home was being painted, there were several rain delays and our roof developed a leak. We called a roofing company that we had used before, and they were booked solid for the next 10 days. When we mentioned it to Marquez, he said 'no problem, I can take care of that for you'. And he did - that same day he put a temporary fix in place, and finished it off completely the next day. He also took care of two doors that were sticking. The side door to our garage was so bad we avoided using it for two years! Now, both open smooth as silk. As for the paint job, we are extremely happy with the final results. Marquez went far and above our expectations, satisfying even the smallest of our many requests, and always with a smile. He has an attention to detail that rivals my own, and that really impressed me. Another thing that impressed me was that he didn't just supervise his crew, he was right there working beside them, and always stayed long after they were done for the day. I highly recommend Marquez and his company, East Coast Property Preservation, and they will be first on our go-to list for anything we need done in the future.

Marquez painted the interior of our house in Daytona. Every room. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. We do not live in the area and it is hard to find someone out of state that is trustworthy. Marquez did a wonderful job and sent us "before and after" pictures, he even sent some videos during the process to show us the progress. He even stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory when we visited on vacation. Cant say enough about his professionalism, passion for his work, and his integrity. Anibal Marquez was fantastic! He was prompt and courteous. He and his associate did a wonderful job. He even covered an issue that came up with his repair and did the fix free of charge. I highly recommend this company for any repair!

It’s hard to find a good hand in today’s work force. He really cares about doing a good job. Marquez was very understanding and considerate. He works well with your schedule. Punctual, does what he says he’s going to do and does it well. He also did some paint work for me. There eemed to be no job to large or small. I would recommend him to any home owner. His fees were very reasonable.

I had two projects, the first one was to waterproof my chimney, and the second one was to stain my wood deck. I have had a leak for 14 years and no one could find or fix it. Marquez took the time to go on the roof and inspect the entire chimney. By careful inspection, he found the area that was causing the problem. He fixed that, and also caulked the entire exposed portion of my chimney wall. He did an excellent job, and as others have said, he came when he said he would, was neat and was reasonably priced. And the chimney is not leaking!!! Because he did such a nice job on the chimney, I asked him to stain my deck. Again, he did excellent work. I am very happy to have found Marquez!
