David was a pleasure to deal with!
I am actually disappointed. After coming home from work and taking a closer look at the things we discussed cleaning (i.e. wiping down the inside of the empty cabinets) it appears some areas were skimmed over or not touched at all. The hard floors still have bits of dust and dirt and little things like towel bars in the bathrooms obviously were not dusted or wiped. They did a good job of cleaning the windows and they did try to clean paint off of the floors that the painters had carelessly left. David was very nice and followed up before the service but I would not use this company again.
Hey Rebecca, Â Â Â Â Â Thanks for leaving a review. It was great working with you and we hope you would reconsider working with us in the future. When we accepted your job we where scheduled for a basic cleaning, as our cleaner arrived it ended up being a Post-Construction cleaning which is two very different cleanings. Paint and construction particles where everywhere. Please be specific when scheduling your cleanings. Sincerely, ECQualityCleaning
They were on time, did what they said they were going to do. Finished on time as well.
