Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
RUN!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do your own due diligence and find all the most awful reviews online! I made the mistake of not looking deeper and boy am I sorry! They now have $48,000 of my money and left me with a completely uninhabitable condo! Seems this is what they do .... rob Peter pay Paul and keep moving on to the next victim! AND....they have complaints against them with the Home Improvement Commission. Today I discovered that the owner - Jimmy Franchetti - 'voluntarily terminated' is Contractors License! No doubt because people are coming after him! NIghtmare!

Jimmy Franchetti is a scam artist. He took our money and never did the work that we contacted for. He stopped answering emails and phone calls. Stay fatr, far away form this company and this contractor. eware he operates under several different business names and uses multiple alias.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Contractor and his team were punctual, professional and efficient. Completed the 2 week job in only 4 days, well ahead of schedule. Provided electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general contracting. Diagnosed the problems in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, explained viable solutions and quickly completed the work. Knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various issues, and provided solutions that were cost effective and looked good. Very pleased with the overall service - front office was always available and got answers to my questions quickly. Each day they steadily worked and cleaned up! My house looked brand new when completed. I plan to use them for future recommendations and maintenance of my rental properties. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - professional, punctual, provided estimate and recommendations - installed hot water heater ahead of schedule and competitively priced. Very pleased with the quality of work and cleaned the work space - huge plus!
