Great job, fast and efficient

I had a couple questions after the job was complete and Mike personally came out to talk to me and gave me some tips. I have since hired him for another project.

Explains things before repair, and cost. Very personable.

I called other companies and got quotes ranging from $600-$1800 (yes, $1800!). Rob came out quickly (within 2 days and there’s a lot of wind damaged roofs in my area). He assessed the damage quickly, said he could repair it right away for $325, and within 45 minutes from arriving was done and even supplied me with a before and after photo. Could not be happier that my roof is now intact again. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and honesty.

Mr. Stuck was quick to respond - arrived at promised time,, quickly identified the leak source after a full inspection of the roof and completed the repair. No more leaks. Professional and will use him again as well as recommend him highly to my neighbors who have potentially same roof issues from same builder.

Rob, was quick to reach out to me to set up an appointment and arrived on time. He told what was causing my issue after examining my roof & he thoroughly explained his solution and cost. I can't say the problem is resolved at this point which is why 4 stars on quality; I will inspect the trouble spots during the next storm and provide an update. 4 stars for the value for the money is no reflection on him as his fee was inline with others in the area but more based on length of repairs on an hourly scale..

Rob examined the situation, gave me the solution and the cost to repair and repaired the problem within twenty minutes. I am extremely pleased.

The quality of work will be judge if it rains and does not leak.

Was on time and had the materials with him to do the repair. Thought slightly high in the price however sometimes you gotta pay for the knowledge. I was ok with that. Nice job.

Contractor arrived on time, inspected the skylights and reported where there was an issue. Only one needed repair which Eastern was able to repair immediately. Great service.

I would've done the job myself except for an acquired problem with heights. However, since most of the job was on the side of the house with my deck, I got pretty much of it captured with a ladder and camera with a zoom lens. From what my camera showed, all was done well!!!! Rob came right on time and had a very amicable personality. While talking with him about roof issues, he presented himself as an astute and well seasoned roofing professional. I understand the cost of repairs was fair and within the cross-section of other jobs of this nature considering the scope of work done. I would recommend him and hire him again should the need arise.
