Extremely professional . Awesome customer service. Best of all they do exactly what they say they are going to do. No nonsense just the honest truth as to what they can do and also what they cannot. Totally upfront!!! A rare commodity in the world we live in these days. John the owner is a perfect example of a totally professional businessman . Honest, punctual and very fair with his price. I very strongly recommend this company (ECS) to those folks that require this service. I only wish that all contractors had John s value system. We would all surely be better off. My advice: stay away from the big companies and stay with the guys who know what the word INTEGRITY means . Best of luck to all but if you hire ECS luck has nothing to do with it.
