I spoke with John Casale and set up an appointment for a new sump pump installation and he came the next day. He gave me a quote and I signed up to start. It was only 2 wks and they were here today. The guys did an amazing job, cleaned up everything in the basement where they dug the pit and put up plastic sheeting for the dust and runners on the floor. They replaced the grass over the new line out so well that you cant even tell they were here. Nicest guys to work with. I will recommend them highly to everyone, a great company to deal with.

They arrived on time and put out their tarps to protect floors, and proceeded to install a new sump pump with new PVC piping that connected an older sump pump, with new exit piping. They did a great job, finished in one day, and the place was as clean as when they arrived. The job also had its challenges as the sump pump has to go over 2 feet deep, they had to drill through rock that was hidden below the foundation and were able to get it all done. Highly recommend

Basement flooded after owning my new hone after 2 weeks of living there. Panic set in, and east coast waterproofing was there to save the day. John came out on a Sunday morning, went over everything with me, and when the guys showed up to start the work, I knew I went with the right company. Iâ m very particular when it comes to work being done in my home, and these guys far exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the work to the vibe of the whole crew, everything was better than expected. Guys were super cool and seemed to enjoy the hat they were doing. Communication was perfect, and clean up and final product was better than I could have imagined. Sorry this is so long, but I canâ t say enough good things about them, and everyone should know that this is who you want for any waterproofing project hands down

John's crew, Louis and stff did a great job and was very professional and accommodating. Fair and honest and also helped correct a few things free of charge. They were courteous and thorough; I will definitely be using them for all of my drainage and water proofing needs. Fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
