We did a major remodel and we needed the entire house with window treatments. We're talking about over 25 windows and doors. From the moment you connect with Jeanine to the end result, she does a phenomenal job. She really knows her products and is very knowledgable about colors. We chose to work with her because of her expertise, price and calm demeanor. She will work with you to get it done, and done correctly.

Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Took 5 visits to complete hanging shades. Many were hung crooked, but could not be corrected because they used adhesive to mount them. Some of the valences stops slipped because they were mounted with adhesive tape. They installed electronic shades and left without leaving the remote. They fedexed it (to the wrong zipcode), but they had to come back to program it. They were inflexible in scheduling installation ("we'll call you the next time we're in your area"). One year after hiring them, the job is still not finished.

"I'm very sorry to hear Mr. D. is not happy with our service. It was his schedule that prolonged the completion of this job. This is a summer home and he is rarely there. We never said "we'll call you when we are in your area". We said please call us when you are back in the area. We are always in the area. The shades of course were not mounted with adhesive, or crookedly. His designer chose natural woven wood shades. Variations are inherent in the design, which is the beauty of this product, but not for everyone. There were some manufacturer issues which were all resolved. If he needs help w/ the remote he should return our calls."
