East Cobb's Best Remodeling

East Cobb's Best did a $4k build back after mold tearout discovered during the home buying process. I took 4 quotes, and East Cobb's Best was the most competitive. They did great work with the "meat and potatoes" of the project, but required a little babysitting to get the finishes completed to my approval. We went through the punch list process 4 times before everything was completed, but the savings was worth the extra work on my end. At the end of the project, he did a great job, it just took extra time and effort on my end.

Did a super job in building our new screen porch and it is just what we hoped for! From the first time we met him and he helped us with ideas, until we had a completed project, we were very satisfied. I would definitely call him again.

Tom and his guys are wonderful to work with. They were very much LOW pressure. We started with screen porch, then after framing, decided on glassed in room. No Problem! Best of all - Finished work for agreed amount.

East Cobb's best was perfect for me. I was looking for an economical, safe, sturdy usable deck, and that's just what I got! It was a pleasure dealing with Tom - he clearly knows his way around a toolbox, and was happy to give me an economical and great looking solution. It was nice to have him doing the work himself so that we could discuss issues as they came up instead of playing phone tag. He also suggested a quick fix to a problem I was having with my garage door that will save me some stress. This is just the kind of contractor I am glad to find, and I'll have his number close at hand for future projects.
