The company was superefficient, both in responding to our initial request, in sending out workmen to do the precise measurements, in getting for floor-to-ceiling screens built, and then promptly installing them once they were ready for delivery.

I requested to have a cracked glass replaced. The technician broke another glass in the process. Audrey, my contact at East County Glass & Window, was not aware of the error; I had to inform her of it. Although a second technician repaired the glass they broke, they forgot to put it back in the frame. So, I had a room exposed to the outside elements for about a day. It took a third technician to return the window to its frame. The process was aggravating. Fortunately, my property manager kept me informed of their progress...or lack thereof.

"The 1st tech was sent out to fix the glass, & you are correct that in the process of fixing the pane you requested, another did break,but I was not informed of this when we had spoken on the phone. The 1st tech had to leave due to an emergency, so a 2nd technician was sent out immediately to finish the job. The 2nd tech had a hard time getting the broken glass fixed due to the window sash being previously repaired using incompatible materials. This caused us to make the decision to send a 3rd tech to fix the window same day. After all these trips, we did not charge above what was quoted, even for the additional time to fix your existing issue"

They were great setting up an appointment for same day or next day service, came out promptly when they said they would, replaced the glass, took the old broken pieces with them, and were fabulous. I highly recommend them and have already sent their info to my friends, and family.
