Workers neglected to put odor inhibiting sealant on the concrete before laying carpet. Tenant notified me of this, I called the company, and they returned and did the job properly with no additional charge. The owner apologized and informed me personally that the employee who made the initial error was no longer with the company by then.

These folks work very hard to give you just what you need. Their prices are excellent and they are a delight to work with.

Very professional; even thpugh there was a problem with their installer they took care of it and worked my job in as fast as they possible could.

From start to finish, a great experience. They really take the time to be sure you’re happy with your selection of carpet and also with the final installation. I’ll use them again when I need flooring.

I worked with Zach to install the new Inhalus SONO floors in my home (5 bedrooms and stairs at ~1200 square feet). He was professional and walked me through the costs (including potential extras if there were issues with my foundation). Zach measured all of my rooms with a laser measure (including the closets) and was able to upload the dimensions of my rooms onto his laptop. This was really helpful because we were able to get a more exact count for flooring and to track the progress of the floor installation. Zach pays the installation team the total cost he charges customers (meaning Pelican Floors doesn't keep any of the installation charges) and this really showed in the expertise in the team who installed the floors. Mike and Chris (installers) were quick, professional, and did an excellent job (even though it was a new material). I would definitely hire them them again.

Zach and Kirsten had outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain the quality of their floors and were very professional with their high-tech measurements. Their prices were fair and they were honest and reliable. Zach personally came to visit a few times during the installation. Sergio did a great job installing and Rick with his leveling and trim installation. We were very pleased with the team at Pelican Floors and would them again!

After a rocky start...sending one man for the first two days....demo kitchen tile and putting down vinyl plank and quarter round....There was no plastic put up and dust was in everything ....sofa, chairs, walls...took a whole week and the quarter round looks like a third grader put it on and missed an entire area completely...and a few places on the floor needs to be fixed and transition piece cut too short....I was told by Steven after he came to look at it to give him two days and he would call me to set appointment to fix......I didnt hear from him and tried to call and he blocked my numberand also to the store.....I have been patient, flexible in their schedule and overlooked alot of things....for instance a bag of underlayment ($70) that I was going to return and was told he used it....NOT....The labor warrantee is for one year, but cannot get in touch with them...so it means nothing...I am now making this vocal and will call TV station to see if they can help........You will be sorry if you use them......All this for two hours worth of fixing......SO Sad!!! Very bad business practices....

Awesome job by Sergio. I would highly recommend. Sergio went above and beyond to assure we were totally satisfied. From beginning to end-all good. Steve was very patient with finding out at the beginning when given estimate what was important to us. Great job!!

Hired Pelican to install 200 sq ft engineered wood flooring. Cement floor sanding and leveling encountered delays that took 9 days to resolve. A second person, Mark, took over the floor prep after 8 days and completed the prep in one day. The wood floor was installed beautifully the next day by Sergio. End result is excellent.

They ruined 1000 sq. ft. of tile with epoxy grout. After a 10 day installation turned into 20 they walked off the job claiming the tiles were defected. After pelican floors had the tiles inspected by a third party they were deemed not defected. Pelican Floors now refuses to remove and replace my tiles because they said they lost enough money. His insurance will not cover this disaster. Pelican Floors also ruined my vanity, glass doors and damaged door jambs. Pelican floors say they work to manufactures instructions which I know is not true. They mixed the epoxy grout with a high speed drill , did not clean the grout within 15 minutes- 1 hour and did not use a scale to measure the mixture, which are required by the manufactures instructions. The epoxy grout had to be removed from the bathroom and hallway due to the grout not hardening and in doing so chipped tiles. Do I need to say anymore.

They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, did exactly what they promised and did excellent work.

We had multiple quotes and this business owner was the most knowledgable and professional. Prices were very reasonable and they were ready to begin work immediately. Final result was awesome.

We had a wonderful experience with Pelican Floors. Zach and his crew were very professional, completed the work in a timely manor and exceeded our expectations. Their customer service was above and beyond. They installed vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in our older mobile home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend Pelican Floors to anyone looking for flooring installation.

Very satisfied with work. It took longer then what I was told but lucky I have patience. All in all I am very satisfied with the work.

Zack was professional and effective in presenting his products to us. He was able to not only arrange for the floor installation very quickly he also made arrangements to complete two tiling jobs that I had difficulty getting arranged with other companies. Both the vinyl plank laminate and the tile installations were done with excellent care and precision. The installers were all friendly and professional. Our job was even completed ahead of schedule!
