I have been ripped off $254 for a prepaid furnace part that was never installed. They are dishonest and unreliable. I would recommend finding another company. Theyve had a year to make things right.

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE AWFUL WORK. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. East Mountain Mechanical pulled a permit for two subcontractors to come out and install two condensers with two mini-split heads, one set in each side of a duplex. First, the communication was absolutely awful. One head on each side of our install job had the drain tubes running uphill through the walls which caused water to run down the walls when we began using the air conditioner function. We had to cut the walls open to lower the tubes to make them drain properly. They also failed to insulate the copper high pressure line where it ran through our closet into our bedroom. It caused a large amount of condensation to run down the wall inside of our closet and got our stuff wet. The worst part is that we now see that they improperly spliced the wires that go to EVERY SINGLE ONE the heads. It caused electricity to arc from wire to wire and burnt things up. We now have TLC out here to fix their incompetence. They've cost us time and money and comfort. They don't bother to get back to us most of the times we've reached out to them. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They were professional, on time, and cleaned up when they were done. I had them install a heat pump for me. I would hire therm again.

Had a different company assess the issue, and they said you'll need a new fireplace. Mechanical LLC did assessment and repaired the issue same day.
