They responded promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in language I could understand. I feel he took the extra step to make sure everything was in working order and that I was happy with the end result. I will definitely call on East Ohio Furnace again for my HVAC needs.
