It s outdoor work so progress is based off the weather. They left a pile of scrap dirt behind for me to clean myself. The supervisor never informed me when they finished the work. They were here then they were gone so fence was finished I assumed. 🤷🏿‍♂️ The days weather cooperated they worked quickly though. Fence looks very professionally done!

The worst experience ever! They do not care about there customizers or reputation. They took 1/3 payment of total estimate at contract signing. At that time they said they were 4 to 5 weeks out and would call to schedule when they would be out to do a fence repair. I had to call them after 7 weeks. They scheduled a time to come to do the work several weeks later but never showed up and never called. This happened three different times. Each time no phone call, nothing! Twice I called and I was told they were on the way but never showed up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I caught them in lies each time I called and questioned what's going on. They only thing they did for me was give me grief and aggravation!

After a few issues that needed working out after fence was installed, company completed project on a professional level from one of the owners.

They were prompt to bid. It was not always easy to talk to someone. Very professional on site. They did change their payment policy using a charge card in the middle of our contract. There is now a surcharge.

The fencing replacement took longer than expected. This was due to bad weather. Once the job was started, everything went as expected. The fence is up and I'm happy with both the price and the finished job.

The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable there was part of the old fence still left from the storm they put a price to take it down but I took it down before they got here so they knocked some money off of the final bill will definitely use them again

They removed an existing wood fence and installed a beautiful new vinyl one. The workers were courteous and efficient. I would absolutely recommend East Side Fence!
