Carlos and his crew did an amazing job and helped us sell our lake house. We did the soft wash house wash and soft wash roof cleaning. The metal roof looked better than the day we bought the home and he removed dirt daubers and spider webs and green mold and dirt from our entire home and boat dock. It looked amazing, to the point I was considering not selling the home anymore. I was beyond impressed. I recommend him to all my friends who still live in East Texas. They did an amazing job on my slate tile roof. We requested 5 quotes, 3 of the companies did not provide insurance when we requested it & we did not feel comfortable. The next company was much higher & was pushing us for a package discount even though the rest of our home was not dirty. I highly recommend Sparkling Clean for roof cleaning & gutter cleaning & we will have them out to clean our windows & driveway in the fall.

I was extremely pleased with their work. They were on time, very courteous, and worked all day until they completed everything. They cleaned out the gutters, repaired a gutter, power washed the sidewalk, back patio and front porch. Also, replaced outside lights, and the kitchen fluorescent lights, trimmed all the shrubbery, and fixed a toilet that had been leaking. I will definitely call them again in the future. I highly recommend them!
