This review will end up being a 2 part review. First, East TN. Plumbing Solutions/Mike, came out on the same day I called, yippee! Once here Mike reviewed the problem n it turned out NOT to be a leak at the main water line but a faulty faucet next to the main water line that developed a small ongoing drip! He did a close inspection and dug around until he was positive of the source. Because of his and the companies experience and dedication they choose not to gouge the homeowners but to help because they know it could be them on the other side. I was extremely grateful for his help and scheduled another project for them next week to remove the existing connections and install a full house water filtration system upstairs. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in their expertise and pricing. YES, they deserve a 5-star rating and I know you'd be just as happy with the results n' treatment they'll provide you as well.

Spoke with Mike the owner in the morning about issue, Drew came out same day and used snake to unclog drain. Very efficient and courteous, reasonable price for 2 hours of work. Very conscious about keeping everything clean as he used snake to clean drain. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help fixing problem.

Water heater installation was very clean, They were very professional. Had to come back the next day because of a bad part on the heater. No fault of theirs. Gave me a little break on the price for the inconvenience. Asked them for a quote for another future job.
