Our inspector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time to complete the inspection. We were provided with a complete report, including photos, within an hour of completion. We were notified every step of the way about the process and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

After receiving several quotes for our home, East Texas Home Inspection Services was the most affordable option for us. Diana was very thorough and professional on the phone answering our questions about what to expect. I love that their website also has a mock full inspection report for a potential client to review! This definitely helped us know what to expect during a home inspection as first time homebuyers. We confirmed our date and 30 min before our scheduled appointment, we received a text advising us who our inspector would be and that he'd be on his way shortly! Our inspector, Joe French, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and and incredibly thorough!! Most companies told me I'd have to wait at least 24 hours turnaround for out report, but ETHIS had my full detailed report to me that evening! It also included, free of charge, a wood inspection report that put our minds at ease considering our home is 100 years old. I'd not only recommend East Texas Home Inspection to friends and family, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat for any of our inspection needs! Great job! Completely satisfied with their quality of work!!

It was great. The Inspector was very courteous and explained everything in detail.

He was on time, very personable and explained to me what he was going to do. He thoroughly answered questions I asked as he went about the inspection. He gave me the option of receiving his report by email the evening of the inspection or of having him set up and type it up and give it to me on a disc before he left. I opted for receiving the report via email so he reviewed the pictures he had taken with me before he left. He called me the following day to make sure I received the emailed report and to see if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

It was a great informative experience.Tom Enloe ws very thorough and explained what the inspection entailed.We decided against buying the house due to a lot of deficiencies.Whatever improvement the seller did was just cosmetics,and having an inspector come in revealed the flaws and spared us from al lot headache and expense .Thanks a lot to all at East Texas Home Insp.,esp Tom.You're all doing a great job.

Very thorough and professional. Easy to work with and no problems.

Their presentation to home buyers was way too "alarmist" by comparing this 1970 built home to standards for 2010. A more serious problem was East Texas Inspections "surprising" the buyers with a $50 charge for paying at closing, which was never mentioned when quoting price for inspection. Secondly, when I brought up the $50 charge, East Texas Inspections promised they would revise their invoice to closing title company. The Closing Title Company never received any revised invloice. Three weeks later I had to contact East Texas Inspections again and they finally did revise the invoice. Not a very professional or ethical way to do business.

It was very good and gave me lots of knowledge about this home.

East Texas Home Insp responded promptly to my request. This was the most important factor for me to get leads to find inspectors in East Tx. They were very nice and and easy to deal with. Lottie is great! I would recomend them to anyone who needs an inspection . We will be calling on them again in the future.
