Needed to open a wall for access to a newly installed water heater so it would pass inspection. A custom panel was built and installed in a few hours. Good work with reasonable rates.

Fast response. Arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Plus, his price was reasonable.

Richard Came into my house to remove 2 marble tiles in front of old dishwasher so new one could be installed . First said it sould be about $700. since marble required special equipment. Then he did some fancy measuring and said, oh no, it is a little too large, I will have to go around corners and up the side. I will have to do corner cutting and I might break an edge and have to replace the side of your cabinet. I will have to charge you $1,300. I nearly choked, was in a bind., so said ok and gave him a check for half the money. From beginning to end He was always at least 2 hours late. He never did any work, but brought in a crew who did not speak English, so I could not talk to them. One man brought his children alone on the job. They did not have tarps to cover anything and left a mess all over. They did not have the appropriate equipment-used a screwdriver to smooth the edges on the tiles. The actual job only required one tile although since it was not done properly, one cracked. it was three total hours work. Richard did nothing at all except speak to me inappropriately and then yell at me when I told him that I felt the original half price that I had already paid him was the appropriate one and threatened me with a lawsuit.

Rich arrived on time, explained to us what he would do and did whatever it took to complete the complicated job. He was very professional and friendly. The installation came out beautifully! We look forward to working with him again.

Good job, they didn't show up one of the days and that slowed the project down a little. They did communicate that with me though.
