Prompt return calls back and very responsive on scheduling. Unlike many other chimney companies I’ve called before discovering home advisor and Eastern Chimney, Mark was clear in communicating, he was here on time and was courteous and diligent in his work. Another chimney cleaner told me that I got hosed. He would've done it for $150 less. They did come here on short notice and I can only hope that they did a good job. Pretty hard to tell unless I get up on the roof and look down the chimney
