Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything we asked or needed. Responded to phone calls and kept appointments agreed upon. Suggest emptying his voicemail as each time I wanted to leave a message, it was full and was not able to accept messages. I had to email or wait for him to call me. But he always got back when he saw someone had called.
