The install crew was very knowledgeable about the manufactures install requirements. David the crew leader was very professional and answered any questions I had. John Moye was very helpful when dealing with the insurance company and understood their processes and procedures when filing a claim. Overall we are very pleased with Eastern Exteriors.

Very professional! Both Chris and David,who was the crew leader, were a pleasure to work with. The crew cleaned as they went along and were sure to run a rake and a magnet around the perimeter of our home for any metals. I highly recommend them.

John was very informative and helpful before, during, and after the installation. He explained every step of the way and worked directly with the insurance adjustor on our behalf. Materials delivery was explained in advance and Eastern Ext was very communicative about that timeline and process. The installers showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the property when they were done. John came by the day after to double check that everything was done to our satisfaction and to see if there were further questions. We couldn't have asked for a more communicative or better experience.

Eastern Exteriors did an excellent job for us. The representative came to survey the roof. It turns out there was serious aging of the roof, with damage that resulted in leaking. He showed us several alternatives, explaining each one very knowledgeably and thoroughly. He came by the following day with two estimates (two alternatives) and complete description of the work, which again he explained thoroughly. The price was fair, so we immediately signed the contract. The installation crew came several days later, and completed the job very well on the same day. THey were very careful about spreading tarps to catch the old shingles and nails. They expertly went about installing the new roof (we had two separate types of roofing, as part of the roof has a very low pitch). The estimator came the next day to inspect the work, and I accompanied him onto the roof, and was even more impressed. I recommend them highly.
