Dealt with owner and he was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Carlos the installer was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. The final result was spectacular. We had a washroom window with a dryer vent replaced and super happy with outcome.

Fast and reasonably priced. they did what they said would do, and repaired my storm damaged window, saving me money by not replacing the whole window.

Top notch project. Worked in cluttered basement. President/owner was personally involved in project - he came for estimate. Arrived in time and finished in one day (4 windows). Outside areas all cleaned and neater when they arrived. Inside, three window areas were left cleaner than when they arrived. A tarp with a small amount of debris was left on floor by the fourth window. Obviously used to keep the area clean, just forgotten when they left. Picked it up and that area was cleaner than when they arrived, too. Great experience. Blocks look wonderful and my basement is brighter.

Glass block was installed in about 8 hours. We put it on our porch in place of small screens for privacy and also on the front wall of our house. Very happy with the work and workers.

ARRIVED ON DATE GIVEN. INSTALLERS NEW THERE JOB AND DID A GOOD JOB WITH CLEANUP.

Called to inform Ron one of the windows had a crack, next to where his workers damaged and patched our wall, he said he would send someone to look at it and if need be repair or replace the entire window , I called a few times and got obviously empty promises as nothing has been done and he hasn't contacted us. Edit: since the negative comments everything has been repaired.
