Came promptly and sprayed the nest thoroughly. Very pleasant to deal with. Did good job and returned a few days later to remove the dead bald-faced hornet's nest.

They came to evaluate my carpenter ant problem and took immediate action. Because contractors were working on the sunroom, they made a second visit to be able to apply the chemicals at a more appropriate time. PROBLEM SOLVED! Great response time and professional attitude.

Prompt and professional service. Ty came and treated the property for ants. It's been a week and the amount of ant activity has reduced dramatically, so the treatment seems to have worked.

Ty arrived even more quickly than promised, explained what he was going to do, what each chemical did, etc. Very can-do and friendly, cares about his results. Little if any activity near the nest over the weekend. Ty returned on Monday to remove the nest & we walked the perimeter of the house to be sure the hornets hadn't migrated there. I wouldn't hesitate to use Eastern Pine again if we have similar problems in the future.

Excellent response time and even though the bee hive was more extensive than expected, they adapted and provided a mutual satisfactory solution. Definitely recommended.

The project was to remove an infestation of yellow jackets from a window frame. Eastern Pine was prompt. The work was successful.I However, I thought they were a bit pricey.
