I enjoyed working with Karl and his team. He is very personable and gave me an estimate that seemed very reasonable for replacing the floor of my balcony. I also liked the fact that he kept an open mind. As he was dismantling the railings, he thought of a better way to replace the floor, one that improved the drainage off of the floor surface. It took him some additional time to do it the new way, but he did not change the price. He is very personable and shared pictures of his children with me

Our flat roof leaked during a tropical storm. Karl came the next day and got us a quote quickly. He came less than a week later to place a new roof. Heâ s very personable and did a great job. Roof looks great and he even did a few extra things. I would definitely recommend him.

Karl is very responsive. I have a three-part roof, and Karl replaced the flat part. He came up with a great plan for how it needed to work with the rest of the roof and gutters. He was extremely efficient--came and went and left everything spotless. When a different part of the roof had problems, Karl came to check at no charge just to make sure it wasn't related to his repair. It wasn't--but it was an unexpected customer service. Can't recommend highly enough.

They got back to us right away. Their prices are very fair and they are very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with our roof! We are very happy with the work they did and will definitely have them do work at our home again. Highly recommend!

The main guy was very open with me. He explained every step to me.

First, let me say that I was losing faith in HomeAdvisor as the first 6 or 7 contractors we contacted were no shows to give estimates. Karl not only restored faith in this site but in the human race. Yes, he was that great! Karl did not come across as a pushy salesman and always kept excellent communication from the time we set up to give the estimate until the work was completed and after to ensure we were satisfied. His estimate was reasonable and lower than many of the others (after we finally had someone else show up) but he said we didn't need the additional work everyone else recommended and I'm sitting here writing this as the rain pounds on our newly repaired roof with zero leaks. He was extremely pleasant while at the house doing the work and even repainted my chimney to prevent further decay. That was not in his estimate and we weren't charged for the additional work. I can't tell you how grateful we are to find an honest contractor.

Carl is terrific! We have a complicated roof with two flat sections and many skylights. He suggested a reasonable plan, gave an attractive price quote, and followed it up by doing a superb job, and finishing ahead of schedule. He supervises his work crew by actually working with them all day every day. He gets all of the details right.
