Ronnie and Kenney are absolute professionals and experts in their field. Ronnie came out with very little notice, flew under my crawlspace without hesitation, quickly identified the problem and explained everything. He sourced the parts in under 12hrs and brought Kenney with him to tag team the repair of my air handler blower fan. They even fixed my thermostat wiring from a cheaper previous install and helped me get a new one up and running in no time. Could not be easier to deal with, schedule, and trust. And to top it all off, their pricing is VERY reasonable. Highly recommended. Merry Christmas!

Ronnie and hi crew came thru for us once again. York central air went out for the second time, this time on a Sat., called Ronnie, he was out of town but called back and had his local service tech come by and troubleshoot. Hoping that it was just the capacitor but this time the compressor failed. He had a new one, under warranty in a few days and came right back to replace it. So glad because that is when the heat wave came thru again. His crew is polite and courteous and will go out of their way to help you. Would be great if these other companies followed esmhvac service etiquette. Would recommend Ronnie and his crew to anyone and everyone. Thanks Ronnie!!!

Ronny, the owner, is really a nice guy. He came in and first took off his shoes. I was really surprised and appreciated this. He really worked hard to solve my problem. Waiting on quote to have ducts replace. Would highly recommend.

I was blown away by the promptness, the willingness to go the extra miles diagnosing the issue (mother board blew in heat pump system), the immediate ordering of the new board, Ronnie listening & hearing everything I said & answering all my questions honestly. He was upfront re pricing. Since this was the 2nd mother board to blow in 2 years on a new system, he checked everything to make sure there weren t any other problems, corrected the underlying problem & documented everything w/the brand company. Can t get any better than this.

Well, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, Nov 14, (12:30 am) my grandson decided to wash up and noticed there was no hot water. I was asleep as I had to get up early to leave by 5:00 am for appointment. He went to closet where the hot water heater was kept expecting to hit the reset button. What he encountered was blue sparks flying, smoke, acrid smell and melting plastic components. Luckily the surrounding insulation had not yet caught fire! Nor the paper products stored on top! He pulled the main breaker. So at 1:00 am (took half hour to distinguish the proper breaker to keep off so we could have electric in rest of house), I did a Google search for plumbers in our zip code. I was taken immediately to www.HomeAdvisor.com where they asked me to describe the problem. They then found me someone they recommended in area who could do the job. In 5 minutes I had a return text from Ronnie Brown of Eastern Shore Maintenance in Preston. We exchanged important information and he (very pleasantly) said he could be here first thing in morning. So by 2:00 am I was back for another hour of sleep. I was gone for the day so my daughter met with Ronnie Brown, the owner, and another worker, and they not only fixed my hot water heater but took care of a totally separate, rather large existing plumbing problem we had been having for several months even though it put them way behind in their already overbooked schedule. They were two very helpful and funny, delightful people according to my daughter. We highly recommend their company. I am profoundly grateful for not only their work but their attitude towards helpfulness.
