Came and cut tree and should not have. Broke plants and pots on our front porch. They left the fallen tree in my yard for a week and a half. Did not clean up the yard after the tree was finally picked up. The crew did not have chain/bar oil or fuel so they ask me if I had any and I did. That pretty unpredictable when a company asks their customer to supply them with items they should have. I would not recommend Eastern Tree Service to anyone.

Eastern Tree service did the complete job professional.

One very tall tree removed from front yard, including stump grind. Team of 4 or 5, maybe 6 ... excellent job. I was extremely impressed when I received a phone call asking to come sooner than the scheduled date, by nearly a week, because they had finished a job earlier and was in my area. Thanks ETS.

These folks are skilled and well-equipped. I made the mistake of NOT including removal along with the downing and trimming. Let ETS take the remains away... finding someone cheaper takes a long time!

Eastern tree showed up! The other two contractors made an appointment to give me an estimate, one was a no show, no call. The other called, rescheduled the appointment to give me a quote then never showed up and didn’t call me back!

They were very customer friendly. They were prompt in staying in touch anout our appointment. Very professional.

They ran over my septic tank crushing it after it was marked and they were told twice were it was, they sent someone to look at it, and he told them he had to replace the system, had not heard from them since and its been 5 days now with out a septic system

They are very professional and good at what they do

They need to pay attention to where the customers lawn is and not park their heavy trucks on it. lots of damage to the lawn I have been caring for.

Our job was smaller than most tree jobs but they came as promised, cleaned up as though they had never been there, and finished on time. Some companies would not bid our job because it was too small. They did not hesitate. I would easily recommended them!

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I had more than 13 trees taken down, stumps grinded and debris hauled off. The team came in with all the right equipment, got the job done in a very professional manner and cleaned up. My neighbors were so impressed that they had them come over and take down one of their trees as well. Bob (the owner) was a delight to talk with and delivered on his promise to take care of me and my property. Iâ m so grateful to Home Advisor for connecting us!

Excellent experience. Had three trees trimmed. Showed up on time, did great job on trimming the trees, cleaned up, and came back the next day as promised to pick up the limbs. Very professional and courteous. Very satisfied.
