David was very easy to work with and flexible. These types of services can obviously be costly and this was no exception. But, between repairing raccoon attic damage, installing hardware to prevent future gutter, garage, and attic damage, I had certainly called David again in the future if I had further issues with 4-legged pests.

We live on a farm & the lower field was flooding after it came a hard rain. Finally, upon checking the matter, we found the beavers had built a dam had the creek blocked. David came set out traps. He got rid of nine of them the first day, then three the next. If there were any still living, , they left, that was the end of our beaver problem! I would definitely recommend them again.

Small Animal Pest Control Service

I never thought I would need to hire someone to remove wild animals from my property. For 35 years I've lived in harmony with the groundhogs and other animals that come into my yard. Then someone tunneled and came up under my back porch. Since this is where the dogs and we go in and out, something had to be done to prevent dogs from getting stuck under the porch and wildlife from appearing at the back door. I called Easton's. David E. understands wild animals. He has a deep respect for their intelligence and knowledge of their habits and their abilities to interact with humans. He set traps for the chipmunks who were going in and out of my crawl space. He set a trap at the small entry under my back deck. He caught chipmunks, a skunk, a possum and finally the huge groundhog that had been digging the tunnels. He then did work to ensure that animals could do no more tunneling under my shed (they had been living there since the shed arrived 25 years ago) and other areas around the house where animals could get in and cause damage were closed. Every time I called to report an animal caught in the trap, Mr. E. came quickly to retrieve it. I have every confidence they were treated humanely and did not suffer. An added bonus the fall/winter of 2017 and 2018/19 my house has also been rodent free! It's been great that the house is sealed up and mice are no longer visiting. Raccoons and opossums still set off my light sensors but they are now transient visitors--not living in tunnels under the house. If you need help with wildlife around your property, Mr. E. is the one to call. I highly recommend this business. You will learn all about the animal's lifestyle and habits as well as how best to keep them outside where we prefer them to be and your home will be protected from the damage they can cause.

Rodent Pest Control Service
$400
This is a grab your money outfit. Poor listening skills, bullying to do extra work without asking whether you want it. I had a minor mouse problem in the attic, an area I cannot get into because of bad back and hip. The guy arrives with the assumption that I have a major infestation. Sets traps, leaves. Comes back two weeks later, not a single mouse caught. Wants to go ahead and do exterior sealing for hundreds of dollars more on top of base fee. Sets exterior 4 exterior traps around the perimeter of the house. Comes back two weeks later....ONE mouse caught. Charge is $400 flat fee for three visits lasting less than 20 minutes over a four week period.....and one dead mouse. No proration or adjustment. DO NOT HIRE.
Response from Easton's Wildlife and Mole Control
"I deeply regret this inaccurate review and would like to give our side.We gave this customer a solid price and informed her that it would entail exclusion services(sealing of entry holes) at an extra cost in which she was in agreement with before arriving at the residence and after arriving found signs of mice in the attic and placed our traps there as we do not use poisons. This customer would not allow us to inspect or place traps in the living area as she stated there were none below only in attic. So from the start we were not allowed to perform our service as needed. She was rude, disgruntled and was complaining from the time we first arrived due to other work she just had done on her home by a carpenter. We must charge for our time and expenses whether the infestation is large or small regardless of how many mice we catch, especially when the job is 35 miles away. Our goal is to keep mice out hence the need to close up entry areas on the exterior.A written estimate for seal up was submitted to her in a few days on all the open areas around the home in which she sourly declined. There was absolutely no bullying involved. EWMC attempted to contact this customer during the process to enter the home to check traps as was explained to customer from the start but customer failed to answer or return calls to set up time for return checks thereby limiting our effectiveness and ability to perform our duties.EWMC provided the services in the manner and for the price and the best of our ability allowed from the start and nothing was ever said to us by the customer about being unsatisfied or we would have attempted to resolve it on the spot!"
