Bill Russell from Eastpoint Electric is very responsible. He returned my call quickly and followed up nicely. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give an effective solution. I have a rental property and the tenants called me to report two issues with the electrical outlets, one in the garage and one by the front porch, as well as a problem with the lamp in the front yard. After talking to Bill, he asked for my tenantâ s phone number. My tenant fixed the problem by testing the GFCI outlet in the bathroom as instructed by Bill. I cannot say enough to show my praise and appreciation to Bill Russell.
