A little overpriced for what u got

He did a fairly good job for a reason able price for stretching a couple of areas of carpet.

The carpet was fixed to an excellent condition, though like almost all of these type of services the initial pricing will be high per visit so its best to let the damages accumulate (obviously don't ignore the urgent/dangerous kind of damage, fix those ASAP!) a little before calling them up so its worth their time and your money. For carpet repairs you should have your own carpet materials ready, didn't know this at first but thankfully there's a small mat of the same material in the garage left by our home builder. Usually this is the case for many homes (you just might have it sitting around somewhere).

Steve was great to work with. I don�t think it was even 5 minutes when I received his call responding to my ServiceMagic inquiry. I emailed him pictures of the carpets I needed stretched, and he responded immediately with a very reasonable estimate. From the moment Steve arrived, he made sure we were aware of what was he was going to do before he started, and walked us through everything when he was done. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him.

Quick and quality work

They came out to stretch and re-lay our carpet. They did a pretty good job except for a very slight, almost unnnoticed raise in the carpet. Pretty minor though. Otherwise great job!

They were able to quiet one squeek but non on the stairs. The fix to seam together a piece of carpet did not end up looking any better than what it did before. Value for the money was not there,
