Write a ReviewI never received the part for the washer but paid for front. This was in April. Very disapointed.
I ordered the part for her and I told her it was on backorder. She says she still wants the part. I told her it?s gonna be a while before I can get it. I told her it?s best if I just give her money back, but she said she wants the part instead, she put the review on June 26 and a week later on August 5 I talked to her and she still wants the part no money back so why does she put a review in first place if she still wants to wait when I offer her to get money back doesn?t make sense to me
Michael of Easy Appliance Repair took $249 from me for parts for my electric range repair. After four weeks and no show I called. He said parts were back ordered. After four weeks again and no show I called again, he said he hadn't heard from parts people and put me on hold to look for info he said. He never came back or ever answered another call from me. The Carter County Sheriff's office sent me to sessions court but the court said it would cost about $200 to subpoena him and that they had no authority to collect any of my money from him. So he took $250 from me. Thanks a lot Easy Appliance Repairâ somekind of quality service. Don't let this guy rip you off !!
I gave his money back a year ago. I went to his house July of last year. He put a review in almost a year later he is one crazy guy or has dementia or something. He said he went to Carter County Police Department or something and he lives in Johnson City. It should be Washington county Police Department. He went to, so I don?t think he knows what he?s doing, he knows I gave him his money back last year. Who?s gonna wait a year later to try to get their money back or he just might have Alzheimer?s or dementia or something I don?t know all I know is I gave him his money back and I got proof of it for anybody out there that really wants to know,
To begin with, I wish I had read his reviews BEFORE I hired him. Called him before Christmas, my refrigerator had stopped freezing and cooling. Came by on time, ordered part. Charged me 200.00. over a week later put part on frig. Still not working ordered another part. Put another part on charged me another 100.00. Mike was suppose to come back and check freon, never came back. In hospital with COVID? Called him day after New years to come by and check freon. I am out 300.00 frig still do not work. Here it is January 11, 2024, no phone call, no nothing. I would say hire at your on risk.
I told her after I was over with Covid I would come by and check Freon but I guess she didn't care how bad I was or she wanted to catch it and pass it along as well when I was feeling better I called to to check it she said she went and purchased another one and said forget about it I was going get here some money back but she didn't return my calls at that point I done my best sorry I was real bad with Covid I guess people don't understand how bad that can get
Michael showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem; found the part online; gave us a price; ordered the part and repaired our refrigerator quickly. We would definitely use him again.
Very professional repairman
Same out to inspect dryer-said I needed a new heating element and he would have to order the part. A month later I was able to reach him- as he thought I was a new customer. Asked about the element, he said it still was not in. Three days later it miraculously arrived and scheduled him to come back out. Surprise surprise it was the wrong part. Said he would reorder, and then would not return calls or texts. Thank goodness for YouTube. I ordered the correct part the first time. It arrived in 2 days and I fixed it myself. Will not use Angi in the future. Would NEVER recommend this company.
They had back order on the element that?s why he went through Amazon. I can?t go through Amazon or eBay the company don?t allow that I gotta go through my supplier to have it warranty and plus I didn?t charge them for anything so what?s he complaining about? I?m sorry he couldn?t get done in a fastly manner but I don?t got control over parts. If I had the part my truck I would?ve put it in right then if it was here two hours later, I would?ve put it in right Then, I don?t got control when parts are going to get here. All I gotta do is place the order when it gets here it gets here. Anything can happen and he knew I had a back order on the element and I told him when I was there, you can order from Amazon if you would like to, but I cannot warranty the part he should?ve done that the first place he knew he just mad because he had to use his little fingers to type something up to order it people are lazy if that?s what you wanted to do in the first place. That?s what he should?ve did. I?m sorry it was on back order. I do not got control over that Whatsoever
Mike arrived on time and was done quickly. He knew exactly what the issue was and got it fixed.
DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. Michael did not repair our dryer. It sounds worse and drum wont spin. Horrible screeching noises and now it is not working at all. He would not return Any calls or texts. Very rude and so unprofessional. Trying to put in a claim against him.
I donÂ’t know what company this people are trying to get a hold of but it wasnÂ’t me cause I never went to their house and if I did go to their house IÂ’ve been over there and took care of it right away. IÂ’m not like that go look at my other reviews. And plus if they was my neighbor and trying to get a hold of me because I wonÂ’t answer text wouldnÂ’t you think they would Knock on my or come over If they was my neighbor, I donÂ’t have no neighbors around me for miles people dislike the lie through their teeth, disrespectful.
He was timely in his reasons and quick with the trouble shooting & repair. We were back up and running quickly.
They did an estimate which was due to Premier Home Warrabty being sorry and hiring super sorry contractors. The one reason I may not use this service again is they reeked of cigarette smoke. Smokers do not know how unpleasant that is an may affect future work.
Since when can people tell people what to do in the society so if I had a different color shirt on that he did not like he would give me a bad review because I had a different shirt on that he did not like or a pair of pants or a pair of shoes I do not live at his house I just go in there and fix things. I did not complain because he was a drinker anyway that goes to show you how disrespectful people are. He hired one warranty place that did not do his job right and I went in there and done my job right and he is going to complain about me of cigarette smoke how disrespectful is not like I smoked in his house and by the way you was not even at the house.
