Mike S arrived on time, with a text message telling me when he would be there. He quickly identified the problem with my gas stove, he had the part I needed, and repaired it in less than an hour, He also told me the likely reason for the failure of the oven igniter, so it shouldn't happen again. I hired the professional to fix my freezer and he told me to buy a part for it and I paid him for the job and the Professional did not fix the problem. Freezer still broken.

Nice man but after checking my washing machine and finding nothing wrong with it He suggested he could service both the washer and dryer and clean them so they would probably last longer. I agreed and he did the job. I think the $660.00 charge was too much for the service comparatively I think he did a nice job. I would have liked a an itemized receipt or and a business card Incase I need to call in the future but that was not made available so I am left wondering how to contact them if any issues arise after U use my washer and dryer.
