Easy Does It Construction

A 1-1/2 week job took four months to complete and the basement still leaks.He won't answer my calls or text messages or call me back to resolve the issues.They made a mess of the inside of the house, made a mess of the outside of the house. My renters complained that they tracked dirt/mud through the house and the renters claimed to have had to have the carpets cleaned 3 times.The renters claimed that they taken tools from the garage.The renters indicated that they drove equipment over the septic tank which is now being replaced for $9,000.even though they were low cost, the true cost for me is much, much higher.

Purchased a foreclosure and the basement was one of the roughest areas of the house...extremely bowed walls, major cracks in the walls, moisture issues etc. Xavier went above and beyond to make sure our place was taken care of! It was a tough project in the dead middle of winter in Ohio, but Xavier was a trooper and worked hard through it all. After it was said and done we had new steel beams up, 2 new sump pumps, new drainage system...”the works” basically all for a very reasonable price! Don’t hesitate to give him a call if you have basement issues!

The only dislike was changing their phone number after the quote and not telling me. It made it impossible to reach them.

Mr. Overton/Easy Does It Construction, is a very hard worker and he went over and above what was to be expected. He was present when he said he would be, and explained each step as the job was being completed. This took the worry out of getting the work done. He also cleaned up behind himself which was also something that was very important to me. I would hire him back and recommend this company without question.

Contact was prompt. Scheduled and kept appointments as scheduled. Great to work with.

Came out and provided a reasonable estimate to do the work. When offered the job, he immediately went to work with a very careful plan to minimize the impact to my yard while doing the work. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, the day after he finished you would not know that the yard had been dug up.

Hard worker. All went smoothly and the clean up was super professional. Price might have been a tad high, but he was instantly available.
