"Well, this is one of those customers that we as businesses just can't avoid sometimes. I did all work as described to the customer and to her insurance adjuster whom I only was able to speak to over the phone and send emails of quotes and pictures of the job. With that being said, after the leak the customer had was accessed and repaired she notified me that her insurance company was now saying they'd made a mistake and would not be able to cover the work I'd done and all her repairs to damaged sheetrock tile and her vanity. I then contacted the insurance company who answer back quickly and paid me for the work I'd performed directly."

Chris showed up and delivered. He and I looked at the issues I was having with a second home I have in Mississippi. Over the years there had been different additions to the house with many different types of piping being used to run water to the house. After an inspection of everything we decided to replace everything with new inbound water lines that included spigots to drain the system during the winter months. Chris performed the work like it was his own property. He said he would start at a certain time and day and he did. I am picky with my properties and most of the time I do all of my own work . Chris was able to work with me as a partner instead of just a customer since I made some changes as we went. I would recommend him to any one who needs plumbing done.

Chris of EZ flow was very accommodating to me, I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to various reasons. But once my schedule opened up Chris was here right on time to replace my water heater. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing. He took measurements to ensure that I got the exact water heater that I needed. Both men worked very quickly, did an excellent job installing and clearing the pipes. They cleaned up behind themselves, hauling everything away. The fee for service was exactly as estimated. I would hire EZ Flow Plumbing again without hesitation.

He does a great job and is very knowledgeable and polite he can be kind of expensive but well worth it.Hes not as expensive as some I've called in the past but just be prepared to pay for his quality of plumbing.

I worked with Chris. I had a leak that I didn't know where. He checked the entire house and the yard. He was not finding anything. Just as he got ready to leave and had advised me what to do and to call him so he could return. He checked one more thing and bingo he found the leak. He is very professional. One of the best plumbers we have had. I highly recommend him.
