They were "Easy Movers" before the job - got quick visit and quote and they said they could accommodate my date of move. I was moving an 83 yr old with Alzheimer's out of state and needed the move accomplished in one day to avoid as much confusion as possible. Showed up 3 hours late and I made numerous calls. Driver didn't know that he was supposed to deliver that day. Furniture didn't arrive until 7:30 that night. Although there was only one room of bedroom furniture and a few other items plus boxes and clothing, the driver was the only one with the load. There was no way he could handle it by himself (mattress, box spring, etc.) so two family members had to help him unload and carry in. Driver was exhausted and so were we! I called to speak to the owner about the situation. He would never talk to me - only through an assistant. I finally got him to back off $100. Didn't realize it at the time but they used the higher initial quote instead of the adjusted quote which eliminated them bringing over boxes in advance. Anyway, the Easy Movers weren't so Easy in the end and I was very disappointed with the owner. The driver was the only reason our move was accomplished on the day it was scheduled. He was the best and kept apologizing for the company. Better get everything "nailed down" in writing and be ready to call.

As far as last minute movers go, I guess I can't complain! I may not have been as organized as I could have been but they did take a lot of breaks and a lot of time was wasted that could have been put to much better use. What I felt should have been a four hour job ended up taking six! I needed guys who would stay and would not complain through to the very end..... I would use them again but only in a pinch! Also, with the knowledge that I would have to stay on the ball with them! But if you’re looking for unsupervised help, I really couldn’t recommend them. The guys were very honest and nice though, so a big plus for their customer service.

They arrived over an hour late. hey bent a caster on my tool box due to improper handling. They were so anxious to leave, shelves were not placed back in our entertainment center. They were very accommodating with schedule changes. Office staff is very friendly.

From the moment I made the first phone call to the moment I told the drivers goodbye, my experience was a 5-star. I hired them to move from SC to TX. They did the packing, loading and unloading with special care. They were professional, kind and made my moving transition so much easier. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Hard workers with experience. Office, and estimator were very professional and spot on with their help. The 3 man crew made it “almost” a fun experience. Than you all!
