One Time Interior House Cleaning
I needed deep cleaning before moving in for empty but dirty townhouse, was quoted price which I agree to pay, but was very disappointed with qualiy of work. You need to constantly watch and check and verify work being done otherwise you end like me trusting and cleaning most additionally after service yourself. I contacted the owner with issues and she was understanding about problems that I described and even asked what do I want to do about it, but when I asked for a general cleaning a week after we moved because there was no time to do it before I did not even got an answer.
Response from Easy Top Cleaning Company
"We had spoken with the customer and we agreed to solve the problem about her dissatisfaction of the cleaning. Customer Sofia only sent a email but with her request and did not call back to discuss the time or availability for us . We are open amd answering phone all day every day. Due to this miscommunication we have not dissolve the problem. And as explained to the customer in situations as this where is required a deep cleaning - Easy top cleaning company is trying to our best and all our technicians too. But when we have this severely damaged cabinets and si much buildup from previous people living in ths place we cant garantie it will be ever clean again. Other than replace all cabinets and all of things. About our cleaning performance i can garantie we will always try our best. That is why i offer the customer Sofia to come and re- do the areas she was not happy. That will take only half an hour. Since customer did not call back to make any arrangements i can not do anything else. We are available but she decided to post a bad review instead. Thank you."

Post Construction Clean up
Easy Top Cleaning did a wonderful job on our post construction clean up. We needed a post construction clean up due to some minor construction in our home but still ended up having a small amount of drywall dust everywhere. We contacted Easy Top Cleaning Company and they were quick to respond and gave us an estimate over the phone based on my assessment on what needed to be done. Their estimate was fair and we settled on a amount with a max number of persons and working hours. Jana provided us with a list via email of what they would do for the quoted amount and I emailed back with a several added items I knew we would need to have done and they agreed. Jana has always been quick to respond to my requests especially when texting and emailing. They came to our home on the agreed day and time and proceeded to completely and thoroughly clean our home and to be completely honest, they exceeded our expectations. So much so that we have asked if they will come clean our home on a regular basis and we are replacing a wonderful cleaning person we have used for the past seven years. I would highly recommend Easy Top Cleaning Company to anyone that needs anything from construction cleanup to regular house cleaning service. We plan on keeping them as our only service and long as their pricing remains competitive and fair. Thank you to Easy Top Cleaning Company for providing a great service for a competitive price. Give them a try, Iâm sure you will be happy you did.

Easy top cleaners were very nice and booked my cleaning request soon after I called. I think they kind of rushed the cleaning though. They left some sort of cleaning agent just sitting in the bathtub and forgot to scrub it and wash it off. They also forgot to clean inside medicine cabinets. Some spots on the tile floors were also still dirty.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
We scheduled for a new move in cleaning. The house was empty and already in really good shape. We just wanted a professional deep clean before moving in. All Jana wanted to know was the square footage of the house. I asked multiple times if the rate I was quoted was a fixed rate or if that could go up once they walked through the house. I was told each time that it was a fixed rate no matter what. They didn't walk through the house until the day of and had completely underestimated the amount of time it would take to clean. Originally they said it would take 5 hours for 2 people. Three people showed up and it still took 5 hours. You could tell which rooms they did last because the quality of work got worse as they went. I had discussed washing the insides and outsides of my kitchen cabinets which they said was standard and upon inspection the insides were not wiped at all. I also asked to have my bathrooms cleaned and there was still grim in the sinks and they didn't even wipe down the faucets. They helped themselves to our paper towels, even though supplies were supposed to be included, but still left giant puddles on the floors and counters when they were "done." At the end, we walked through the house and I was given 30 seconds to say if a room was done to my satisfaction or not, obviously not enough time to thoroughly check that everything was done. Finally, they HEAVILY suggested that I pay more than the quoted price because of how much time it took to clean. All in all, I regret my decision to use Easy Top Cleaning and will never use them again or recommend them to someone I know.

Post Construction Clean up
Was quoted $210-$280. When job was complete, she tried to get $420. Tenants moved in next day and showed me all the poor cleaning issues. Had to give them a discount on rent.
Response from Easy Top Cleaning Company
"Customer had the knowledge of lights not working in the unit. He did not had the air-condition on on a very hot day as well as people interrupting our job process. We try to contact him to discuss his problem with the tenant. But he did not call or text back. Usually our price rate is 420$ for the amount of work and time we put in the project. We did gave him a discount of 140$. And we are not able to work in the dark even if we try."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
We used this cleaning service to deep clean our house when getting ready to sell. There was a lot to do with a big house. We had the crew out 2 times to clean every inch of the house from top to bottom including all bathrooms, appliances, floors and walls. It was spotless! Potential buyers remarked about how clean the house was. This helped it sell in record time! We also had this service come after the movers the day we moved out. I was running a bit behind, so they even cleaned out the refrigerators for me and loaded my car with the last of the kitchen contents. Again, the house was spotless and smelled wonderful! At the closing, after there final walk-through, the buyers' realtor remarked that it was the first time he had stepped into a house for a final walk-through and felt he needed to take off his shoes! They always go above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations in every way. They are fast, thorough, and reasonable. I have recommended them to friends who have also been exceedingly happy.
