Sorry this is late EasyTurf. I needed to write and post this review 4 months ago. We are determined to write a review so people can be apprised of BAD service we have received..but we donâ  t always take the time to write about our GREAT experiences. This review is about 4 GREAT service and customer care experiences I have had with EASY TURF. I wish the customer service in our hospitals were as good as EASY TURF. We are dealing with Cancer in our home and so life is anything but normal. We live in north county San Diego and have had 4 different installations of EasyTurfâ  s pet artificial grass. Amazing service....amazing people. From the initial contact with Kimberly and Vonshay to Jordan Holmen the design consultant on my projects to Cobb Street the manager.... my experience has been nothing short of 5 stars. This is a company you WANT to deal with. Their field technicians David and Daniel also get 5 stars. Every aspect of my experience has been professional, kind and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time for consultation through installations. EasyTurf was very quick in responding to my phone calls. And their follow up was unbelievable. If you are researching artificial grass or putting green companies you need to call EasyTurf first.

I hired Easy Turf after having grass installed and it was just too hard to keep green, particularly since I have dogs. Jordan Holman was the person who came out and helped us decide where to put the turf. He was great to work with and was very low key. No hard sell. We finally decided Easy Turf was the best company for our needs and we have been very happy with the results.

Jordon Holmen listened to my concerns and developed a plan to landscape my yard. He is very creative, friendly, and professional. Whenever I had a question or concern, he responded quickly. This is the second job they have done for me and I m planning a third one next summer. I highly recommend Jordon and Easy Turf.

Easy green turf installed a complete front yard for me and they did an outstanding job. Prices we're reasonable for the amount of work that done. All the people I dealt with were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company. I have the best looking yard in my neighborhood. If you want a new yard, this is the company for you.

I would highly recommend Easy Turf! We replaced our grass (mostly dirt) recently with artificial turf and I could not be happier. The design process with associate Jordon H. was wonderful from start to finish. He took his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and visited the installation site several times to ensure everything was going to plan. He also gave us a referral to have our concrete done which completed the whole look. It is so nice to now have a no-maintenance lawn that our kids can play on! The whole family loves it! We would highly recommend Easy Turf and Jordon H. to anyone!

The crew arrived on time and began working to remove my front lawn. These men were hard workers and worked quickly to remove the grass and began preparing the yard for installation of the artificial turf. They were able to complete the job in one day and I am very very happy with the work. The yard looks beautiful!!!

I would recommend future customers to be there for the duration of the project. They left DG (sand) on the rocks and it makes the landscape look sloppy and dirty. Their customer service is not helpful on resolving discrepancies once the work is "complete"

The installation work was done very quickly and very professionally.

Professional and hard working crew with Estate Greens which installed Easy Turf and redid the irrigation system to the remaining living plants. Exceptional quality workmanship.

Even though the crew prepped the front yard in one day and completed the synthetic turf the 2nd day, they maintained a clean and professional appearance of the landscape throughout the entire project from start to finish. (just under 2,000 sq ft)

I had about three hundred square feet of turf installed. Honestly, I was a bit put off that the initial. Although the crew did their best, the installation ended up with 8 seams because the warehouse had been so stingy in turf that they gave the crew. However, after contacting my sales rep, Jordon, he had the crew come back out with new turf and we ended up with just a single seam. My one caution to any prospective customers would be to nail down (in writing) beforehand how many seams you should expect. Thanks to Jordon's follow up and persistence, I'm quite pleased with end result.

They did an excellent job with the synthetic grass. It was completed in just 1 day. The front yard looks simply beautiful.

Great company to work with. Jordon Holmen was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. Our garden now looks perfect!
