Thermostat was malfunctioning, they guided me to the function of the thermostat and replaced the part immediately. After testing the system it worked. I feel lucky to have HVAC in my surroundings. We had our current AC unit stop working suddenly on a Thursday late afternoon. Our usual HVAC person was unavailable and suggested we try Comfort Aire. HE was able to send a service tech out to us the next day. Although the service tech was able to temporarily fix our unit, he suggested that we should replace our AC. He was able to get us onto the install schedule by the next Wednesday. Our new unit has now been installed on time & under budget. Everyone from the people answering the phones to the installation people were courteous, professional, and respectful of our time & property. We will definitely be repeat customers & recommend Lee's to others. Thanks for a job well done!
