HVAC system was out of order and not working properly. As committed, Comfort Aire team visited the same day and inspected the system thoroughly. Thermostat was malfunctioning, they guided me to the function of the thermostat and replaced the part immediately. After testing the system it worked. I feel lucky to have HVAC in my surroundings. Best among all.

They have set the Comfort Aire for every work and follow them rigorously. Their team is very skilled in following the standard plans. Team is very coordinated to achieve their standard goals. They use the step by step goal to reach the predetermined goal.

Came out to do a service on my furnace and found a crack in the heat exchanger and was informative on the problem. Only downside to the service was the repair seemed a bit more expensive than others.

We had our current AC unit stop working suddenly on a Thursday late afternoon. Our usual HVAC person was unavailable and suggested we try Comfort Aire. HE was able to send a service tech out to us the next day. Although the service tech was able to temporarily fix our unit, he suggested that we should replace our AC. He was able to get us onto the install schedule by the next Wednesday. Our new unit has now been installed on time & under budget. Everyone from the people answering the phones to the installation people were courteous, professional, and respectful of our time & property. We will definitely be repeat customers & recommend Lee's to others. Thanks for a job well done!

We awoke to a cold house. I called Comfort Aire because they had done work for us before. We got same day repair, and a comfortable house in a hurry. The technician also answered questions about how our system works before he left our house.

A week earlier my furnace decided it was time to kick the bucket. I originally was going to go with another company, but that company wanted double the cost. I was referred to Lee's by a family member, I have found Comfort Aire to be professional, high quality. I would recommend them.

We had our old central air system replaced with a new a/c and heat pump. The install was quick and professional. When TEAM left the house was clean and neat. HE did all paperwork for rebates for us and made a packet with all our necessary information in it. The service from Comfort Aire was fantastic.We are very happy with Comfort Aire.

We have had an excellent experience with Comfort Aire and his team. We got four estimates for adding central A/C to our 80's house we recently purchased. It's a somewhat challenging arrangement, and each company offered a different plan of action. All were close in price, and we liked Comfort Aire solution the best. Ted, Jamie and the rest of the team were here on time and worked quickly. The work is very well done and looks professional. They listened to our concerns and worked to make sure we were happy. They cleaned up and made sure the house was in good order after the installation. Best HVAC company my family and I have dealt with! I recently had a new Ductless Heating and A/C unit installed in my house and it has worked since Day 1! The price was great for the unit and installation, and the customer service is the best. My parents have a 12-13 year old Ductless unit installed by Comfort Aire and it still running as good as it did on Day 1 thanks to Comfort Aire and his staff! We have and will be long time customers for sure!

I had a very tricky ductless AC / Heat Pump installed in a stone house build in 1902. Flawless, creative and clean work. They're coming back to upgrade the main system in a few months. What could be a better recommendation than that.

Comfort Aire was great called him at 730 pm he was here in 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem with our AC unit in less than 5 minutes and had a spare condenser on his truck. Didn't overcharge and was gone within 20 minutes of first arriving and checking to be sure we were cool. Best AC service I've had.
