To explain without violating client details about the project, the only item "assumed" in the investigation of both properties was a historically assumed building material, located in areas deemed either as a Confined Space, or in one case, due to the structures' physical condition, as inherently dangerous to enter. ECHELON has strict protocols regarding entrance into spaces classified as listed above, until conditions or information received confirms the absence/presence of hazardous materials. In this case, confirmatory information was relayed to ECHELON to confirm absence of the assumed hazardous material and the summary report was immediately changed to reflect the findings and subsequent recommendations. The physical inspection performed at the residence was responded to quickly (within 24 hours after being retained), performed efficiently in accordance with US OSHA, State of Georgia EPD - Land Protection Branch and US EPA Protocols and presented to you quickly after receipt of building material sample analysis. These services are ECHELON's Hallmark statement to its customers, and in the future, we will ensure to every client about deviations to the inspection standard if our personnel cannot conduct the inspection to its investigative end.
