Chris Wade and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris explained every aspect of his procedure and products. Thoroughly inspected my home, inside and out, and was honest in his diagnosis. I went without pest control for 3 years. I was sure I had termites. Most pest control people would have jumped at the chance to tell me I had problems, but not Chris. He said I did not have termines, but recommended a procedure to make sure I would never have them at a very nominal charge. He guarantees his work, and if I ever do get termites, he will repair the damage for free. I feel you can trust this company.
