The contractor or installer is also fhe owner and I like the fact the he can make the decision on site is a plus for me. Pricing is very competitive, (except the city permit, I found cheaper price) both labor and equipment. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you want professional results then hire Brian. His knowledge and skills made our tankless water install quick and a better layout then we expected. Literally, all he asked was for me and my wife to point to the area where we wanted the unit (which was difficult because we choose the opposite side of the garage from where the old tank sat) and he executed without a flaw. Reasonably affordable and always went the extra mile just to please us. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Friendly guys to work with. I'm kind of new to hiring plumbers but $506 to cut a section of PVC pipe and put in a new one seems outrageously high to me.

I submitted for a quote on Sunday and within minutes received a call, they arrived within 30 minutes, at first didn't think I had an issue but really stuck with it until they found a pin hole leak. Repaired it within another 30 mins. Service was great !

Again, this was a top rated professional experience. Brian got my hot water on VERY quickly. He is knowledgeable, professional, respectful and courteous. After the installation of the new tankless water heater, he showed me how to complete the annual service required and offered me a discount for hiring Echo to complete the annual scheduled maintenance. I'm extremely frugal, but I'll be seeing Echo Plumbing next July.😀

I wanted a tankless water heater for years. On demand hot water that doesn't turn cold is my dream for the cold winter months. My water heater went out. I called Echo today. Brian called back immediately. This afternoon I hired Echo. Brian arrived within 15 minutes of his estimated time and did a very professional job. Hot water is on and wonderful. From call to installed - in under 8 hours. It looks good too. Price was good- but the service was beyond exceptional. I am a very pleased customer.

Brian called me back literally in less than 5 minutes.. he came over in a timely manner, made the diagnosis came back on monday to call warranty, ordered parts returned the next day and we were back in business.... very efficient and professional... he is my new plumber ????
