"Yes I had to change my appointment once. I am a care giver for my disabled daughter and an appointment came up that I needed to take her to. I let Randy know and we set up another . appointment. Maybe 1 week apart. In regards to finding his location which is out in the county,I did google it and it sent me to a location about 5 miles from where he lived. I did try asking him to give me a better address. After about 10 to 15 minutes I was able to find him. I never called him 7 times,maybe 3 to 4 times. He also knew I was coming from Bismarck which was about 100 miles north of him. I sent him information prior to coming down about what we do and previous test from another customer so he could see what our lab does from the test we take. I am not sure where he gets that we are using out dated equipment. Does it really matter what kind of kit I have for my testing equipment. Usual the test results come back from the lab 5 to 7 days. Unfortunately the lab mis-placed the samples and I was another 2 weeks before we received them. I let Randy know and apologized for the delay. After we got the results back and I sent them to Randy. I told him that I think we should do a air sampling test underneath his trailer. I said I would do that free of charge in the spring,because he was leaving for the winter. I also told him I would send him a bill which I did.That was back in mid November of 2022. As of today I have not been paid for my work. I have sent him 5 reminders with no response or payment. Very disappointed in how he has handled this and him not even trying to connect with me."
