Dylan was on time, friendly and professional. I will use him again and will give his name to friends who need snow removal services. The only suggestion I would have for him is that he should ask people first if they want ice melt put down rather than just putting it down automatically. I will let him know next time I do not want that. Other than that it was a good experience.

He went out to my folks' driveway at first call and gave us an estimate. Not only was his estimate $10 lower than the other guy's, who estimated by measurement rather than by driving to the home, his service included ice-melt. He did a fine job, just when we hoped it would. Our only concern is how to contact him again for the next snow. Is it possible to get his phone number? Thank you! Kristen Schmitz 812-4190
